A Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher and acclaimed author of The Woman's Yoga Book, the workshop with Bobby Clennell is one not to be missed! The workshop takes place over 2 days in a style that is warm, caring and full of enthusiasm helping attendees more their yoga forward.
The yoga tradition describes five movements or functions of prana known as the vayus (literally “winds”)— prana vayu (not to be confused with the undivided master prana), apana vayu, samana vayu, udana vayu, and vyana vayu. These five vayus govern different areas of the body and different physical and subtle activities.
The setting is at a home studio nestled among the trees of south London where Bobby will teach from 10.30am – 13.00pm, break for a home cooked lunch of vegetable soup, home made bread, fresh organic salad, and fresh fruit juice. Take a walk in the woods of One Tree Hill in Honor Oak or take a bolster to sit and read a book from our yoga library.
From 14.30-16.30pm the afternoon session is restorative and Pranayama, and to send you out complete we serve you tea and cake ending the perfect yoga weekend.
