All students begin with one to one sessions timetabled to fit into both yours and mine schedule, progression into the small group classes is optional.

We develop our practice either online or in an actual location.

THE COURSE PROGRAMME

One to One Yoga sessions

To join the course programme, we start by focusing on One to One practise which addresses the needs of the individual.  These sessions act as a starting point where the yoga practise is customised and therefore more focused – which yields results.

Small Group Sessions

with Beginners – Intermediate – Advanced level classes

With a maximum of 4 students in each yoga class these sessions keep a focus on the individual’s development in an atmosphere of community and friendship.
