All students begin with one to one sessions timetabled to fit into both yours and mine schedule, progression into the small group classes is optional.
We develop our practice either online or in an actual location.

One to One Yoga sessions

Deepen your yoga practice by joining the One-to-One sessions, with Dave Dayes.
These sessions are created for the individual and will awaken and advance your yoga.
The detail of a focused Iyengar yoga practice, stimulates the subtleness of the structural body. Fused together with a holistic approach, the yoga activates a development of your vitality, balance, personal growth-bringing you an overall sense of wellbeing. The body, becoming better aligned, with increased suppleness and strength - will transform into a more joyful vessel.

Suitable for all levels from beginners to advance yoga practitioners.

Beginners are encouraged to enter into their journey of yoga practice with One-to-One sessions, prior to joining group sessions.
