Welcome to Dave Dayes Yoga, a space where we meet to develop our practise either online or in an actual location.

The student is at the centre of the practice.  No matter at which level you are; as a beginner, intermediate or advanced – your practice of Yoga will deepen.

To join the course programme, we start by focusing on One to One practise which addresses the needs of the individual.  These sessions act as a starting point where the yoga practise is customised and therefore more focused – which yields results.  Many continue with these individual sessions, whilst others choose to widen their practise by also joining the small group sessions.  These small group sessions are practised in the atmosphere of community and friendship whilst keeping the focus on the individual’s development with no more than 4 students in each yoga class.
