Welcome to Oakside Yoga Studio, the place where you can come to develop your yoga in an atmosphere of community and friendship.
We run weekly evening classes, monthly Yoga Sundays and plan residential retreats in beautiful locations world wide.
We aim to challenge our students to make progress on their poses and come out of their comfort zone, but the general atmosphere is light hearted and fun! When a student goes up into headstand for the first time we all share in their sense of achievement and joy. We recognise that everyone develops at their own pace and aim to teach with compassion and empathy.
