Holidays in 2015

A Yoga Holiday is a chance to move your Yoga on by giving yourself the opportunity to practise intensely on a daily basis in the company of a small group of like-minded people in beautiful uplifting surroundings…

You will also enjoy eating delicious wholesome vegetarian food, Special diets, gluten, dairy free etc. are no problem, just let us know in advance. .

There will be plenty of opportunities to explore the beautiful countryside in either guided walks or solo if you want some solitude.

Students worry that they won’t be strong enough to maintain a daily practice, but rest assured that the classes are tailor made to accommodate all levels. We teach together so one of us is always free to help with props etc if we see you are struggling.

Attending a Yoga Sunday at our Home Studio and/or a weekend at Lower Shaw Farm will give you the chance to see how you cope with a more prolonged session/s of Yoga and give you the ‘flavour’ of what a longer holiday might be like.

We have students of all ages and abilities attending our events and the general feedback is very favourable, We have been teaching and running small group Yoga holidays for many years and have responded to feedback from our students so we are continually trying to improve and develop new ideas. Many students return for another holiday year after year.

The costs of the different events are all inclusive of accommodation [if appropriate], tuition, and full board, so we think they represent good value. You will hardly spend, any extra money whilst you are away, and we feel they give good value ……we have not increased our prices in 2012 in recognition of the difficult financial times we are all going through.

Spending time with other wonderful students who are also trying to make positive changes in their lives is very special and is the main reason we continue to teach on these events again and again!!

Best Wishes
